The return of Ultraman Australia this 2018 marks its 4th annual event, taking place once again on the Queensland Sunshine Coast. Ultraman Australia is one of Australia’s biggest endurance race events, featuring swimming, running, and cycling events amounting to more than 500 kilometres!
The first-ever Ultraman Australia was held in 2015, with this year marking Ultraman Australia’s fourth annual event. Ultraman Australia has also inspired endurance race events worldwide, including countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Florida, Hawaii, Israel, and Canada.
The Sunshine Coast with its stunning beaches and beautiful hinterland scenery provides the perfect backdrop for Ultraman Australia. All Ultraman Australia events begin and finish on Noosa Main Beach, one of the Sunshine Coast’s most visited beaches. Four different events will take place over three days at this year’s Ultraman Australia, featuring a 10 kilometre swim and 140 kilometre bike ride on the event’s first day, a 281.1 kilometre bike ride on the second day, and an 84.3 kilometre run on the third and final day.
